Because of the personal and skin-contact nature of BreatheBuddy, we are unable to accept returns. However, we stand behind every device that leaves our hands; if something isn't right, we want to make it right.

IF YOUR DEVICE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Email hello@breathebuddy.health within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll get right on working with you. 

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE (FOUNDER'S EDITION)
If your Founder's Edition device ever stops working under normal use, we will replace it. This guarantee applies to the original Founder's Edition buyer and covers the lifetime of the product.
