These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

FOUNDER'S RUN AND PRE-ORDER TERMS
BreatheBuddy + BreatheBuddy Jr. Founder's Edition is a limited production run of 100 numbered units each. Each unit is numbered at the time of packing, and numbers are assigned in the order that orders are received. Founder's Edition includes perks as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Perks, including the Personal Calibration Call and handwritten thank-you card, are fulfilled by the founder personally and are scheduled to arrive in conjunction with or after device shipment.
